How to finance your training ?
Any enterprise, whatever size, has to financially participate in professional trainingfor its staff (Alternating within its formation plan,contracts & terms of professionalization, individuel rights training DIF & individuel leave training).
To do this the Company has to make a contribution to the fundraiser organism called OPCA of which it depends. The code NAF allows & determines which OPCA controls its funds. The amount of the contribution :
- Calculated on the annual gross payroll, subject to social security contributions(amount indicated on the DADS)
- Each enterprise varies its rates by the amount of staff. Less than 10,10 to 20 & more. Mesures are taken to decrease the effects of these limits. In certain situations, an enterprise of 10 staff & more , a direct payment can be made to the financial management.
HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT ?
- Your request has to be made before the TRAINING takes place. A special formula has to be filled in.
- Provide the OPCA with the details & estimates about the training programme (given by the chosen organization)
- Realization of the training project once the request has been accepted by the OPCA.
- Supply the OPCA with the training contract, the time sheet signed by the trainees,the invoice of the training organization (including receipts of meals, travelling & any other expenses if any).
ATTENTION ! The final decision (positif or negatif) can take several days, even up to a month depending on the amount of requests to OPCA. In the same way, repayment may occur before or after the training, paid in directly to the Company or to the training organization.
